Female Founders Grant Program

The primary objective of the Westpac Female Founders Grant Program is to address barriers and support women to achieve their purpose of scaling their micro, small or medium-sized business in Fiji. The grants seek to increase women’s skills and confidence and to support them in achieving their business goals.

A variety of tailored financial and educational resources will be accessible through the grant program providing training, mentoring, networking opportunities, and business development support.

• Applications must be received no later than 5.00pm [FJT], 30, September 2025
• Each applicant, as part of an application response, must confirm that they meet the eligibility criteria
• Every question in the application must be answered prior to submission
• Applicants must read and agree to the declaration which advises the applicant of their responsibilities / obligations
• Applicants must include a copy of a valid ID such as Driver’s License, Electronic Voter ID, FNPF/FRCS Joint ID, Passport

Applications can be submitted via one of the following channels:

• Online: via the Westpac SmartyGrants application form
• Hand Deliver: At your local Westpac Branch

Successful applications will be decided by an independent panel of judges. The panel will consist of experienced representatives and will include Westpac Fiji Executives and other relevant industry body representatives.

The assessment panel will meet and discuss all full grant applications. The assessment panel will then make their recommendations to the final decision maker, Westpac Fiji, for approval.
